7NOXPrivacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Saltstone Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with the 7NOX: Night Casino mobile application (the “App”) and this website (the “Site”).
The short version: the App works fully offline. We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information through the App. The App does not ask you to create an account, does not request your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal data, and does not send any data to our servers or to third parties.
2. Information stored on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the App saves your game progress locally on your device. This includes:
- your chip and stardust balances, level, experience points and Star Path rewards;
- quest progress, Moon Wheel timers and night streak;
- gameplay statistics shown in your profile (for example rounds played and biggest win);
- your settings (sound, haptics, animations), chosen avatar and the nickname you type in;
- your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. If your device is backed up to iCloud or a computer, this data may be included in that backup under Apple’s own terms.
3. Advertising, analytics and tracking
The App contains no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs and no third-party trackers. We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and the App does not use the device’s advertising identifier.
4. Purchases
The App does not offer in-app purchases. Chips and stardust are virtual items with no monetary value; they cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed for money or prizes.
5. This website
The Site is a static page. It does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts and has no forms. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request (including your IP address) to Google’s servers; see Google’s privacy policy for details. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and operational purposes.
6. Emails you send us
If you contact us by email, we will receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information only to reply to you and keep it only as long as needed to handle your request.
7. Children
The App is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
8. Your rights and choices
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You remain in full control of the data stored on your device: you can erase it at any time with Settings → Reset progress in the App, or by deleting the App. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK, Canada or Australia), you may have rights under local data-protection law; you can contact us about them at any time using the details below.
9. Security
Your progress is stored in the App’s private storage on your device and is protected by the security features of iOS.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date. If a change affects how the App handles data, we will also describe it in the App Store release notes.
