7NOXTerms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Saltstone Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”) and govern your use of the 7NOX: Night Casino mobile application (the “App”) and this website. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
The App is intended only for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using a social casino game is legal where you live.
2. Entertainment only — no real-money gambling
The App is a free social casino game made purely for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling, and there is no opportunity to win money, prizes or anything of value. Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
3. Virtual items
Chips, stardust, levels, boosts, avatars and other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) exist only inside the App and have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for real money, goods or services. Virtual Items are granted to you under a limited licence and are not your property. We may change the in-game economy, rewards and balances at any time, for example to fix errors or balance the game. Because progress is stored only on your device, Virtual Items may be lost if you reset progress, delete the App or lose your device, and we cannot restore them.
4. Licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the App, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use cheats, bots, exploits or any unauthorised software to change how the App works;
- use the App for any unlawful purpose or in connection with any form of real-money gambling;
- rent, lease, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App.
6. Intellectual property
The App and all of its content — including games, artwork, characters, music, sounds, text, logos and the 7NOX name — are owned by or licensed to Saltstone Studios and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence above, no rights are granted to you.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. Some updates may be required to keep using the App.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game outcomes are produced by random number generation and are for entertainment only.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saltstone Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, Virtual Items or progress, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App (which is zero). Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Responsible play
Please play in moderation and take breaks. If you feel that gaming is affecting your life, or you are worried about gambling, reach out to a local support organisation in your country.
11. Apple App Store
These Terms are between you and Saltstone Studios only, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is not responsible for any warranty; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection or similar claims. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you.
12. Termination
These Terms apply until ended by you or us. You can end them at any time by deleting the App. Your licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date. By continuing to use the App after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
